Returns And Exchanges Policy
All HearTech Labs devices are covered against defect in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the time you receive your order. If our examination has determined that the unit failed due to its parts, materials, or workmanship we will replace it for free. This warranty does not cover malfunctions due to unusual wear and tear or mistreatment of the hearing aid, such as physical shock, excessive wax build up, or tampering with the instrument, all of which void the warranty. 2. RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your HearTech Hearing device, you have 45 days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund. If you are returning your hearing devices during the 45 day period because they stopped working correctly, please consult our troubleshooting guide and do the following checks:
- Clean the tubes, end pieces and ducts. Earwax is the enemy! Over 97% of the reason people say “it’s not working” is because of earwax.
- Insert new batteries.
- Make sure the device is switched on.
If you have tried all of the above and are still experiencing trouble with them, please contact us.
All products MUST include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for proper processing. Products returned without an RMA number will incur a twenty percent (20%) No-RMA Fee or be returned to sender. Please call support on (888) 510-1941 or visit our Returns Centre to submit your return request where you will receive your RMA number and specific return instructions.
We are unable to honour return requests after 45 days from the date of purchase as shown on your invoice. Customer pays for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your product is returned to an authorised address then the package will be rejected and returned to sender, so please ensure you contact our support team to get the return instructions.
3. CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
4. ADVISORY STATEMENT
The hearing devices will not restore normal hearing nor will prevent further hearing loss.
The purchaser is advised that any examination or representation made by a hearing dispenser in connection with the business of dispensing this hearing aid, or hearing aids, is not an examination, diagnosis, or prescription by a person licensed to practice medicine in the state, and therefore, must not be regarded as medical diagnosis.
